The purpose of this event is to discuss and learn best practices for embracing the ever-changing and diverse workforce. The event will highlight the many benefits of having diversity within organizations. The discussion will include everything from how diversity will increase your bottom line to best practices for our members and non-members to promote equality and professionalism in the workplace. This topic is timely as our industry needs guidance on how to strengthen relationships within organizations and attract talent from outside our normal spheres. CREW of Northern Nevada wants to create a positive dialogue that honestly addresses the benefits and challenges of the changing workplace.
